Jinny Johnson joined the NCWA board in 2022 and currently serves as Board secretary and co-chair of the Hospitality Committee.

She has lived in Naples since 2001 and has served on the boards of the Women’s Foundation of Collier County, Fun Time Early Childhood Academy, Books for Collier Kids, League of Women Voters of Collier County, Healthcare Network of Southwest Florida Foundation and Greater Naples Leadership.

Jinny grew up in Cleveland, Ohio, where she and her husband, John, continue to spend their summers. She worked for 25 years for an executive search firm, retiring as administrative manager of their Cleveland office. 

Jinny has been on the board of the Cleveland International Film Festival since 2001. She is a graduate of Chancellor University, with additional studies at Cleveland State University, and is a zealous film watcher, avid knitter and frequent international traveler.
