 Elaine Christian is a retired Tennessee business executive and CPA who now lives in Naples. She held senior management        positions with Chambers of Commerce and workforce development organizations in Tennessee. She was director of finance and senior vice president of the Jackson Area Chamber of Commerce in Jackson TN from 1988 to 1997, President and CEO of the Dyersburg Chamber of Commerce in Dyersburg TN from 1997 to 2001 and president and CEO at The Work Place in Memphis from 2001 to 2005, when she retired.

She served in senior positions on the Boy Scouts of America West Tennessee Council Board of Directors, is a 2024 graduate of Greater Naples Leadership, a member of the Board of Directors of Gulfshore Opera since 2020, a Board member of the Humanities Board for the State of Tennessee from 2023 to the present, was Bicentennial Commission Chair for Jackson-Madison County TN, a Board member of the Pelican Bay Women's Association, including chair of the "Women Making a Difference" speaker series from 2020 to present, a number of leadership positions at Quail Creek Country Club, and a former member of national boards of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce in Washington DC., as well as having received a number of community awards in Tennessee. She is a member of the Traveler's Century Club and the Circumnavigators Club of Naples.
