We host small luncheons and receptions for the speakers who are invited to deliver our lectures. These small, intimate gatherings provide the opportunity for our guests to interact on a more personal basis with each speaker.
In this relaxed atmosphere, speakers sometimes reveal deeper background information than is available in their prepared lectures. For example, we learned that a top Euro judge specializing in terror prosecutions was flying to the USA to help our prosecutors deal with a newly discovered terror cell in Ohio. This confidential information was not revealed in the lectures.
We try to make each speaker comfortable with our audience before the lectures so that they may feel relaxed and “at home with you in the large auditorium.
Due to space limitations, Invitations are extended to those members who belong to the President’s Club and to those serving on the NCWA Board of Directors.
