Judy, a native of Pittsburgh, Pa., graduated from Chatham College with a B.A. in Economics, with Graduate Courses at Carnegie-Mellon University and Penn State University. After years of teaching, Judy entered the field of Marketing--including Marketing Manager with the promotional Entertainment Books when they opened in new cities, mid-West Marketing Manager of Multinational Strategies which was a Think Tank assessing political and economic risk; and culminated in her own Marketing Company, which specialized in new client development.

She has been an active member in the Pittsburgh Council of World Affairs since l979, which included the Membership Committee and the Business and Professional Committee. She attended National World Affairs Conferences in Washington. An active member of Naples Council of World Affairs since 2000, she has been a member of the Speakers Committee for 5 years, reader for the Model UN, and active participant in Great Decisions for 11 years. She is also on the Curriculum Committee of Osher at Carnegie-Mellon University, the Board of the Rauh Archives of the Pittsburgh History Center, and the Community Relations Council.
Judy enjoys tennis, golf, biking, and grandchildren.
