Richard W. Fisher is President and Chief Executive Officer of the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas.


Before joining the bank in 2005, Mr. Fisher was Vice-Chairman of Kissinger McLarty Associates, a Strategic Advisory firm chaired by Secretary Kissinger. A US Ambassador, Fisher was a Deputy US Trade Representative and has negotiated extensively on behalf of our country. He will address the changing shift of power in todays global economy.
