Before you fill out this application form, you should understand that the NCWA Board is a “working board” whose members are active participants in the affairs of the Council. Board members are expected to attend all Board meetings (generally the fourth Thursday of the months October through May), to serve on one or more committees, to become members of the President’s Club and to generally share responsibility for the well-being of the Council.  Be sure to fill out both sides of the form and attach additional pages if needed.

 

Following submission of this form, candidates will be scheduled for an interview with the Nominating Committee.
